SHIPPING POLICY
As each item is handmade, your order will usually be shipped out within 14 working days from the date of purchase - however, if your order includes a personalized piece of jewellery, or an item that requires a hallmark, this may take slightly longer.

Signature required upon delivery, not insured - £4.40
(once your order has been dispatched using this postal service, we're unable to track the location of the package, therefore cannot be held responsible if the item does not reach its destination)

Signature required upon delivery, tracked, insured - £6.45

RETURN + EXCHANGE POLICY
If you wish to return or exchange a piece of Minimo Jewellery, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned unworn and in their original packaging. Unfortunately, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for pieces that are personalised, bespoke, made to size or earrings (for hygiene reasons).
